KOI NISEKO

KOI Niseko is the first construct of an enclave of villas located on the edge of a Silver birch glade, in the pristine wilds of the ski region of Hokkaido.
The villa has magnificent views of Mt. Yotei to the North and the ski slopes of Annupuri to the West.

Takhassousi (TAK 01) is the redevelopment of a commercial plot in the Al Mathar Ash Shamali District in Central Riyadh. The proposal realizes a highly efficient Grade A office / Retail space suitable for either a corporate headquarters or subdivision into up to 24 units.
