A1別墅是總體規劃的第一棟別墅，位於龍目島西海岸Senggigi海灘上方的山腳下。地形朝向西南，可以捕捉到龍目海峽衝浪海灘的壯麗景色。

大堂及展覽廳
邵氏影城等待了 12 年建造合适的大门厅和展览厅。 KplusK 很高兴能够提供一系列超凡的链接建筑环境。
尼泊爾三千大千世界和平大成就塔
大成就塔位於藍毘尼，是佛陀的出生地及世界上最神聖的地方之一，並獲得聯合國和尼泊爾政府的保護與認可。興建大成就塔的計劃由創辦非營利組織：文成公主國際基金會及美國嚷日耶謝社的尊貴的夏鉑坦真仁波切所構思。
台灣遠東機械工業
股份有限公司總部
新建築將為嘉義市的一家製造公司創建新的行政總部大樓。其部分建築位於現有的重工業工廠內。
香港佑寧堂
KplusK 受委託為香港其中一間歷史最悠久的教會設計一所新教堂，聖所及住宅大樓。發展包括為教會使用的一幢五層高的裙樓及地下室, 及一個十七層高的住宅大樓及會所設施。
