KplusK associates are delighted to be crowned with the Build4Asia Gold Award for Outstanding Civic Architecture for Union Church.
Build4Asia Awards celebrate achievement, development, and innovation within the building industry and professional excellence in contributing to a quality and sustainable built environment.
The project, commissioned in 2014, consists of a stand-alone sanctuary which houses 500 worshippers, a 5-storey podium and basement for church use, and a 17-storey residential tower and clubhouse facilities, and was completed in September 2023.
planorial.com covers this great news about the team's well-deserved award. I'm really impressed by the scale of the project, particularly how it integrates a 500-person sanctuary with a 17-storey residential tower. It seems like a thoughtful way to blend community and living spaces.
photo colorizer is a well-deserved win for such an ambitious project. It's impressive how the design integrates a 500-worshipper sanctuary, a multi-storey podium, and a 17-storey residential tower into one cohesive civic building.
planliva really highlights the impressive scale of this project, from the 500-seat sanctuary to the residential tower. It's great to see such complex, mixed-use civic work being celebrated.
This family photo workflow is a great reference for anyone looking to improve old pictures. I found the options for enhancing faces and colorizing black-and-white photos particularly interesting for genealogy projects.
Congratulations to KplusK on the Gold Award—the mix of a 500-seat sanctuary with a residential tower sounds like a fascinating balancing act. It must be so rewarding to see a project commissioned in 2014 finally completed last September.
