KplusK has some exciting news regarding one of our award winning luxury villas!
KplusK designed Villa Latitude for our friend Hein van Ameringen back in 2003, and the building was completed in 2007, a decade ago. Since then, the property has been transferred to new owners, who have appointed KplusK to build a new wedding chapel, events facility and boutique hotel on the adjacent site, as complimentary contemporary constructs to the original. The boutique hotel, just like Villa Latitude, will marry modern architecture with traditional crafts and skillsets from Bali.
In the meantime, the building is in fantastic shape, given that someone left it outside for a decade. Amongst other distinctions, Villa Latitude has won the WORLD LUXURY HOTEL AWARDS consecutively in 2015, 2016 and the results have just been announced for 2017: Villa Latitude has won the Global Winner Award for best Luxury Private Villa.
