KplusK has designed a new Hotel on QRC for Ovolo Group.

The property is designed by KplusK in 2005 for Ovolo group as serviced apartment.  In 2012, we are commissioned to recreate it into a luxury hotel whilst at the same time to increase the guestrooms numbers by 30%.
