KplusK have been commissioned by XingTai, the largest Development team in Inner Mongolia to design a 500 key Iconic Hotel, Conference facilities and a Retail complex for the Regional capital, Hohhot.

The project’s conceptual form is reminiscent of blue rock Crystal formations, derived from The Mongolian word “Hohhot” (meaning blue, and infinity) and the sites’ close proximity to the Blue mountains.

 

We are currently developing the design of the Hotel with Buro Happold Engineering team in Hong Kong, and the Hotel will be operated by the Intercontinental Group.
