International Competition winning design for Zero Energy sustainable housing.

KplusK became the winners of YTL’s International Competition to design a Zero energy, 3 Bedroom Family house for the Tropics.  

 

The building is designed to cope with the high humidity and daily rainfall of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, whilst having Nett Annual Zero Energy requirement. It also exhibits net zero water consumption, by capturing rainwater and re-cycling waste water.
