The new build construction is to create a new administrative Headquarters building for a manufacturing Company in ChiaYi. It is partially located inside an existing heavy Industry factory.

Required accommodation consists of a administration headquarters, including 100+ workstations, Meeting rooms, CEO offices and suites, exhibition and conference facilities, a kitchen servicing a balcony restaurant, and workers canteen, and a Quality control facility.

The project will be constructed using 58 Used sea containers.

It is designed to be an exemplar of sustainable, low energy and low carbon footprint Construction in Taiwan.
