This boutique hotel has nevertheless had a dramatic effect in the re-vitalisation of the main shorefront Praya in Stanley.

Situated on Stanley Main Street on the South Side of Hong Kong Island this boutique hotel commands fantastic views of Stanley Bay and the South China Sea beyond.  It incorporates personalized reception and back-of-house facilities, together with a 3 storey bar restaurant accessible at ground floor level.  Guests are to be offered an outdoor entertainment suite on the roof that will include al fresco dining and 180 degree Jacuzzi parties.

 

The project consists of a range of guestroom suites comprising studio, one-bedroom and disabled access apartments, each designed to create an enhanced sense of spaciousness, with full width balconies overlooking the Bay.  The main guest suites will each have a master bedroom, master bathroom and powder room, pantry, in-house laundry, lounge, bar and dining facilities.

 

The design incorporates a blend of natural tropical and oriental materials including Balinese sandstone, Thai grass, Indian onyx, Eco-veneer from Australia, Japanese wallpaper and American walnut from Cambodia.
