The first prize winning scheme of an invited competition by the Kerry Properties / Shang Properties Group, KplusK  were commissioned to design a 62 storey “Vertical Village” – A fully integrated community for contemporary living on the edge of the thriving district of Makati City, Manila.

The Development consists of 2830 residences, conceived of as starter homes and Pied-a-terre accommodation. The majority of apartments are compact, at under 30sq.m each, all of which can be doubled or tripled in size by removing non-loadbearing walls. The Communal facilities housed in the podium structure include a Retail Ground floor, A first floor comprising of hand-picked bars, restaurants and health food establishments, and the roof of the podium dominated by swimming pools and Club facilities to be enjoyed by all of the “Guests”. Other facilities include a crèche, banquet and meeting room facilities, landscaped gardens, gym and sports arenas.
