KplusK have been commissioned to design and masterplan a luxury fishing adventure retreat on the confluence of the Bullock and Chuluut rivers in Mongolia.
The site is located 700km west of Ulaan Baator, in the Mongolian Steppe. As a consequence the project is entirely self sustaining, based on the principles of ZERO ENERGY.
The project features a Clubhouse cantilevered across rapids, set into a bridge structure, spa and Adventure retreat sports facilities, a private landing strip, aircraft hanger, and guest accommodation in 21 luxury Gers..
