KplusK has designed a new world class serviced apartment tower in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

KplusK’s first tower project in Hong Kong is located in Downtown Wanchai and created for CHI Residences Group. In the creation of world class serviced apartments, KplusK has combined exceptional materials and unique fittings to create individually designed spaces offering comfort, style and convenience. This is married to a commitment to create sustainable architecture, employing materials from renewable sources, using energy saving devices throughout and low-e glass to minimize cooling load on the building. The roof top canopy houses an array of Solar Hot Water panels that will provide up to 90% of all required hot water for the development, a first for a Hong Kong tower.

 

The complex also features a swimming pool, sun decks and landscaped gardens further complementing the stylish and contemporary design. The Development consists of 81 residences, including 30 studios, 39one-bedroom, four 2-bedroom, and six top floor 2-bedroom duplex apartments, 2 of which have private access to roof gardens.  Each apartment features “beamless” high ceiling environments, with floor to ceiling windows and a highly individual iconic façade system that incorporates private projecting balconies, adding to the overall appeal of the building’s exterior.
