KplusK has been commissioned to design their first tower project in Hong Kong for the iconic CHI Residences Group.

In the creation of world class serviced apartments, KplusK has combined exceptional materials and unique fittings to create individually designed spaces offering comfort, style and convenience. This is married to a commitment to create sustainable architecture, employing materials from renewable sources, using energy saving devices throughout and low-e glass to minimize cooling load on the building. The roof top canopy of the project houses a hot water solar array that will provide up to 90% of all required hot water for the development, a first for a Hong Kong tower.

 

The complex also features a swimming pool, sun decks and landscaped gardens further complementing the stylish and contemporary design of new apartments scheduled to open in early 2017.
